Customer Service:
- Shipping & Delivery:
- Orders are shipped via the best carrier: Fedex Ground, UPS Ground or USPS.
- You will receive a tracking number once your order ships.
- Orders usually ship within 5-10 days and it takes up to a week to get to your house.
- Expedited Shipping Option of $15 will insure to get the item in a week, if you need it sooner, please e-mail us with the required date.
- Orders shipped to overseas, please add an appropriate Shipping Option for each item.
- Most of the packages are shipped Fedex Ground or Home Delivery with out Signature Requered.
If you need different service, please state that at the time you are placing an order.
- Privacy & Security:
- Your personal information is only used for the purposes of fulfilling your order. It is not shared or sold with any other third party.
- Returns & Replacements:
- Returns must be made within 14 days of receipt of your order.
- Please e-mail us for return instructions.
- Orders returned without proper authorization will not be refunded.
- All shipping charges are not refundable.
- All returns must be in new condition, complete with the original box, instructions, warranty cards, etc.
- If an item is received back in used condition or is missing it's original packaging a 25% re-conditioning/used goods fee will then apply. This is because the unit is no longer "new" and can not be sold as such.
- If the item arrived damaged or missing parts, e-mail us ASAP, we will send the replacement parts the same day. Please keep the original carton and packaging for inspection by the shipping company.
